The main entrance to Jefferson City National Cemetery is on E McCarty St. After entering, the lodge and office are on the left and burial section 13 is on the right. Even-numbered burial sections 2–12 are on the right side of the cemetery and odd-numbered burial sections 1–11 are on the left side of the cemetery. The rostrum is located on the far end of the cemetery that borders E Miller St.
